My family and I have just returned from a 3 week holiday with Jetwings in Sri Lanka and we have had a super time. The reason for writing to you is to let you know what an amazing job Tyrone did as our guide.

There were so many occasions where he went much further than his job required in order to give us the best experiences and, more than that, he is just a lovely guy to be around. We were always laughing and joking and it was like he was the fifth member of our family.

Jetwings is clearly a very good company with good tours and good hotels and I compliment you for that. I’m sure we would have a good time whichever person was our guide, but Tyrone is so good at his job and so pleasant to be with that he made it an amazing experience.

We wanted you to know how much he contributed to our holiday being so succesful.

He is a modest guy, but I hope that you could pass on this praise to him.
