‘It is with much gratitude that I write to commend Sri Lanka Tailor-Made on the package they put together for our recent holiday.  Careful to ensure our itinerary covered what we wanted to experience, Dulmini liased with me on a number of emails offering advise on excursions based on her expertise which created the perfect itinerary.

Upon arriving in Sri Lanka we were met with our wonderful local guide Anthony, he was with us for 7 days from the start to finish. You could not have asked for a more knowledge, professional and respectful man. We were very privileged to have him as our guide, throughout the journey he was attentive to our needs and made sure we had the best experience.  The long drives were filled with laughter, frequent stops to take pictures of wildlife and sample fresh fruit from roadside stalls. Anthony was always on time and nothing was too much trouble for him (at one point I left my camera in one of the hotels we had checked out from so he promptly called the hotel from his phone and drove all the way back to get it)

The hotels we stayed in, recommended by Tailor-Made were fantastic – special mention to Jetwing Warwick Gardens in Nuwara Eliya.  If you want to switch off from life for a few days and experience warm friendly service in a rustic mansion seemingly untouched from the 1800’s this place is remarkable. The guest house staff even organized a picnic for us so we could roam through the tea plantations to sit on a hill summit and marvel at the beauty of the country that is Sri Lanka.

I would highly  recommend Sri Lanka Tailor-Made and rave about this holiday experience to all of my friends and family. This was one of the best experiences of my life and I will be forever grateful to Antony and the Tailor-Made team who made it all happen”
