We have been really enjoying these 10 days here a lot, tomorrow we are going back home. We all needed to recover after very demanding year relocating to Germany and the tour Milani kindly prepared for us was just perfectly fitting to our needs and went even beyond our expectations! ;-)
We liked the positive energy coming from the people here, historical sites and of course the amazing nature!
We liked the Dutch Bay, amazing JW Vil Uyana, Mineriya, Kandy/Madulkelle, Rainforest Eco Lodge and the JW Lighthouse in Galle… There is still so much to explore here!

Just thought I would drop you a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our time in Sri Lanka. Thank you very much for all your help with our questions beforehand and for sorting out the itinerary. We feel we had a good mixture of everything and enjoyed all the experiences. Our driver Samudra was great and we really enjoyed his company and his sense of humor-hope he enjoyed ours!!!! Please pass on our best wishes to him!
Just one point – we really enjoyed our time in the Eco hotel at Madulkelle but we were a bit worried for Samudras car -the pathway up to the hotel needs to be smoothed out a bit or maybe changed a little to allow easier access. At first we were a little worried being so far out of Kandy but we really loved the place so very glad you recommended it.
We enjoyed all the hotels,food and staff were lovely,particularly the lagoon restaurant in Colombo-best fish we have had -ever- we thought!!!!
The staff at the hotel in Negombo were very attentive ,we mentioned in the questionnaire the first night in the restaurant wasn’t too good due to lack of service but we had a chat with the restaurant manger-Thusanthe Pera- and they were exceptional thereafter so many thanks to the restaurant manager and staff!!
We also really enjoyed the New year celebrations at the hotel it was lovely to see everyone having a good time and how all the local people, staff and tourists were encouraged to join in!
We had a wonderful holiday and will recommend your company and your country to everyone.

Hi Shiroma,
I and my husband, Gavin, went on a family holiday with our respective parents to Sri Lanka during Christmas time last year. We used the services of Shiroma Rodrigo from Jetwing Travels for the planning of our trip, who was extremely patient with us in accommodating our preferences within the budget we were looking at. During our trip, we were delighted by the hotels we stayed in and the way our trip was planned.
Our driver, Chintana, had a wonderful sense of humour and offered flexibility in terms of our everyday travel plan.
Sri Lanka was a wonderful revelation for us; it has so much to offer that a week seemed less. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip – from the wonderful hospitality we received to the breathtakingly beautiful places we visited. So, a big thank you to the wonderful Jetwing staff for making our trip so memorable!
We can’t wait to go back again.
