I am writing to you to commend our local travel agent Dileshni. She was exceptional in helping us to organize a two-week tour (06.08. – 19.08.2019 Colombo-Anuradhapura-Sigiriya–Trincomalee-Colombo) in the Northern part of Sri Lanka. Over a period of five months we stayed in contact, corresponding regularly since January. She was extremely competent, informative and patient with accommodating all our wishes. She arranged a wonderful welcome for us at the airport and without her, I do not think that our holiday would have been as nice as it was. Especially her actions taken in order to react to our late change in our final hotel accommodation shows how spontaneous she is able to work with her clients, in order to make them happy. Our guide and especially our driver on the tour was exceptional. His driving style never gave us reason to worry about our safety considering elephants or dogs crossing the roads. Dileshni often checked upon us, whether everything was going well. After the tragic attacks she was very empathetic with our worries about safety and I think she was certainly one of the reasons why we felt comfortable travelling to Sri Lanka. Keeping us up to date with all the safety regulations and checks was extremely helpful. I am very grateful for all her work and would always recommend her services and your company Jetwing Travels to friends and family!
We loved the Jetwing Vil Uyana hotel and it is great that your company is aiming to be environmentally conscious. I hope that we will have an opportunity to visit Sri Lanka again soon, as we have friends in Colombo and your country is not only beautiful, but its people are very kind, friendly and welcoming. I also hope and pray that you will be spared from more attacks, but unfortunately our world has become unpredictable. I can only say, Dileshni is the very best!
