Beryl and I got back from our trip last week and I am back at work today.  We both wanted to thank you for all your efforts to make our trip to Sri Lanka such an enjoyable one.  It was a very sad time to be there but everyone seemed to go out of their way to make sure we were well looked after.  At no stage did we have any fear or feel under threat.  The managers at the Jetwing hotels in Dambulla and Passekudah – Indika Gamage and Wester Felthman – deserve a special mention, as indeed do their staff.  We came away with the view that the Jetwing establishments were a clear cut above the others in terms of quality of staff and management and we plan on future visits to go with Jetwing hotels exclusively.  I have neither Hiran’s nor Shiromal’s email addresses but please thank them on our behalf for the gifts and the suite upgrades we had at Dambulla and Passekudah.  Much appreciated.  I completed the trip assessment and left it with Anton.  I assume he has passed it to you.  Again, for this the second time we have had him, he could not be faulted – very attentive, knowledgeable, punctual and a safe driver.

We hope to make another visit in about 3 years from now, and will be in touch with you about our plans.
