To whom it may concern,

Myself and five fellow doctors booked a Jetwings van and guide for our trip around Sri Lanka (28th September – 10th October) via Destinology in the UK.

Our guide was Tyronne, and I feel compelled to write this email because he was truly excellent – we honestly could not recommend him highly enough.

His English if first class (better than the majority of people in England), and his knowledge of Sri Lanka’s heritage, culture, and wildlife was faultless. Added to this are his excellent driving skills, exemplary manner, and organisational skills.

We fully intend to recommend Tyronne, and Jetwings, to all our friends and relatives in the UK who are planning trips to Sri Lanka. I would be grateful if this email of appreciation could be passed on to someone in charge of your customer services.

And please do not hesitate to contact me if you ever require a reference for Tyronne, because I have no doubt that if he wished to do so, he would be excellent in a more senior managerial capacity at Jetwings.
