The article states its review on a portion of what has been stated to be the most beautiful train ride in the world–the train journey from Kandy to Nanu Oya (the full train route extends to Ella station).
The train ride is four hours long and journeys through stunning landscapes of green and lush tea plantations and mountain views, one of the renowned highlights of Sri Lanka.
Train travel opts for more comfortable forms of travel as one can walk around whenever they wish, sink into some of the delicious cuisines, bump into other travellers and locals all the whilst listening to music and unwinding as the landscape goes by peacefully in the vicinity.
