Closure of Yala National Park Sep – Oct 2015

It has been announced that Yala National Park will be closed for visitors from 7 September to 7 October (1 month) as Wildlife Authorities anticipate the prevailing drought in deep southern part of the country to continue beyond month of August.  

The following official notification appearing in the website of Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC), states the closure dates and the final date of booking that is accepted for the DWC bungalows.
