We wanted to send you a quick email thanking you for putting together such a wonderful itinerary for our Sri Lanka trip. We had an excellent time and the itinerary you put together for us with the hotels, locations, and activities were all perfect. 

We completed a hand-written review of our trip and gave it to our driver, Mr Sanath. We apologise for misplacing the official feedback form, but we wanted to make sure you still received our feedback as we know how important it is.

To ensure our feedback reaches you, I have copy and pasted what we wrote and it is as follows:

“Thank you to Mr Sanath, our guide, for making our trip so wonderful. Mr Sanath is a very knowledgeable, warm guide who shared with us his vast knowledge of Sri Lanka. He was very informative and we appreciated him accompanying us on our many activities.

He is a very good driver – we felt very safe at all times and the vehicle was kept very clean. It as a very comfortable ride. He also made sure we always had water.

Thankyou Mr Sanath for your suggestions on activities and the stops we made along the way, such as to buy king coconuts, or a visit to a spice garden.

We highly recommend Mr Sanath as a guide!!

All our Jetwing Hotels exceeded our expectations, They were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable.

The service in each Jetwing Hotel was the best in Sri Lanka.

We especially enjoyed Jetwing Lake in Dambulla- what a stunning hotel! The staff are excellent, we cannot fault them at all. We appreciated the extra effort to make us feel comfortable such as providing us with a bowl of fruit and a farewell gift.

Jetwing Yala was also very special and again the staff were very attentive and always smiling.

We have really enjoyed our trip and thankyou to Emahdrie for organising such a wonderful itinerary for us.

I do really want to emphasise the wonderful experience we had at Jetwing Lake in Dambulla-  this hotel is flawless and the staff are exceptional. We were so pleased we had 2 nights in that lovely hotel and please make a special note of the excellent service we received there.
