Dear Mr Cooray & Ms Cooray,

We have recently (Monday 8th January) returned from an 18 day vacation arranged with yourselves (Jetwing Tailor Made) booked via the UK Travel Agency Cox & Kings.
Firstly, we have to express my admiration for your beautiful country, we were truly impressed and our visit has left a lasting impression on our lives.

Secondly, we were extremely satisfied with the holiday itself. Everything was arranged to the highest standards and with the exception of the Hikka Tranz hotel, all of our accomodation was of the highest standard too – so thank you to the team. Our excursions and itinerary were executed perfectly and this enabled us all to truly immerse ourselves into the wonders of Sri Lanka.

Lastly, but most importantly, our chauffeur, Kelum (Shantha), was the one thing that truly made our holiday as special as it was. From the moment we arrived to the moment we parted ways, we cannot fault anything. He was one of the most dedicated, professional and personable people we have ever met. It is this that ensured that everything happened perfectly and ensured we had the holiday we have always dreamt of. Kelum is a true ambassador to Jetwing and to the country of Sri Lanka.

We cannot stop praising him, he will always remain in our memory as the person that made a holiday itinerary come to life and become something special. He has incredible knowledge of the country, local knowledge and was always putting us first and ensuring we had the optimal experience. We feel like we met as strangers and parted as friends!
