Dear Shiroma,
we just wanted to take the opportunity, whilst returning the Jetwing Service Evaluation Form, to thank you all for all your efforts and assistance in organizing our truly fabulous family holiday in Sri Lanka.

Everything ran very smoothly. The hotel accommodation, meals and amenities very much exceeded our expectations, and without exception the staff were always helpful and courteous and went the extra mile, be it the drivers on the road or those at the hotels.

Even my father’s being taken ill simply inspired them to greater heights. In fact the only down side was having to return to cold, wet Germany so soon!

We hope our main driver Eric has been able to make a speedy recovery but our heartfelt thanks goes to everybody, and especially to you all in the “organizing committee”!

I look forward to thanking Dee and Sam personally next time I’m home in Melbourne.
